Me: *driving* “Wow, that is a really clean Daewoo Leganza. Most of those are either in the junkyard or should be.”

Friend: “Want me to take a picture of it?”

Me: *realizing I look like a complete dork for getting excited over the least interesting car ever* “No, it’s nothing, who cares?”

Friend: “You seemed interested in it, I’m gonna take a picture for you!”

Me: “You really don’t need to bother, we’re getting off at this exit anyway.”

I’m even prepared to forgive her for the portrait orientation.

See now, this is an awesome thing. I see a lot of cool cars all the time, but rarely take pictures because I’m alone in the car (or worse, my wife is with me haha) and have no dash cam.

Sure, but the big difference I’ve found is that I usually have to worry about not dying while I snap a pic, which is seldom a concern when spotting birds.

I miss most of the interesting cars I’d like to show you guys.

I used to risk more pictures while I was driving, but these days I just tend to take fewer risks behind the wheel in general. Plus I now have a dashcam.

Also, Omaha is the type of community where if I see a car driving in traffic, chances are someday I’ll see it again when it’s parked.
